Student Check Out Procedures for EOY Ceremonies

Parents,

If you want to check out your child after their awards ceremony, please click on this google link: Check Out Form or use the QR code below.

If you have any difficulty completing the google form, please call the school and we can assist you. If the google form is not completed by May 15 and you want to check out your child, you will have wait in line on the day of the ceremony to complete the check-in process which will take 2-3 minutes per person and depending on the number of people in line, you might miss your child’s ceremony.

Once a student has been checked out, they will not be allowed back on campus to attend another ceremony.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We want to ensure that every parent who is leaving with a student has gone through the proper safety protocols.

If you are not checking out your child, you do not need to fill out the form.

A letter went home yesterday with all students with the same information, so please check your child's backpack.
